S. A. RAHMAN, J.-Mr. Ghulam Mujtaba, Attorney for the petitioner states that he has had no notice of the petition put in by the respondent. The Attorney for the respondent confirms that this is so. The office should not have put up this case as it is incornplete. Let a copy of the notice of the petition filed by the tespondent be now served on the petitioner for the next date. The application made by the petitioner for impleading legal representatives of Budha, deceased, will be taken up for considera tion along with the application of the respondent on the date to be now fixed.
