This order shall dispose of Writ Petition No.94/R of 1991 (Muhammad Waris v. Deputy Settlement Commissioner etc.), Writ Petition No.95/R of 1991 (Boots v. Deputy Settlement Commissioner etc.),‑ Writ Petition No.96/R of 1991 (Ali Muhammad v. Deputy Settlement Commissioner etc'.) and Writ Petition No. 97/11 of 1991 (Qadir Bukhsh v. Deputy Settlement Commissioner etc.) together as common questions of law and facts arise in all these matters.

2. On 22‑1‑1991, Mr. Nadir Ijaz, Assistant Commissioner/Notified Officer, Faisalabad City appeared with record of the case. He made a statement that he will comply with the earlier orders of the Court dated 4‑1,1‑1990 and 11‑11‑1990. Grievance of Ch. Qadir Bukhsh, learned counsel for the petitioners is that despite commitment having been made by the learned A Notified Officer, the earlier orders of this Court have not been complied with by the said officer. Mr. Maqbool Elahi Malik, learned Advocate‑General is present. He has no objection if straightaway a direction is given to the Notified Officer for compliance of earlier orders of this Court. In the circumstances, office is directed to send copies of the orders dated 4‑11‑1990, 11‑i1‑1990 and 22‑1‑1991 to the learned Notified Officer, Faisalabad for compliance on or before 15‑1‑1992. A compliance report shall also be submitted to this Court through the learned Advocate‑General. With these observations, these writ petitions stand disposed of with no order as to costs. AA./M‑259/L Order accordingly.
