Constitution of Pakistan (1973)‑‑‑ , ‑‑‑Art.212(3)‑‑‑Civil service‑‑‑Petitioner acted in a very irresponsible manner unbecoming of a doctor's profession and had been dealt with very leniently‑‑‑No illegality or irregularity in the proceedings right from beginning till end was found‑‑‑Petition dismissed. GHULAM MUJADDID, J.‑‑The Punjab Service Tribunal dismissed the appeal of the petitioner by judgment dated 19‑11‑1984. The Tribunal confirmed the punishment of censure awarded to the petitioner by the Director, Health Services. It was upheld by the Secretary Health vide orders dated 6‑7‑1983 and 21‑3‑1984 respectively. The petitioner acted in a very irresponsible manner which is unbecoming of the doctor's profession. He has been dealt with very leniently. Even otherwise, the learned counsel has not been able to satisfy us that there was any illegality or irregularity in the proceedings against the petitioner right from the beginning till end. We. therefore. do not think it to be a fit case for leave. M.A.K./J‑59/S Petition dismissed.
