Judgment & Decree
SARDAR MUHAMMAD ASLAM, J.
The petitioner, through this petition, seeks post-arrest bail in case F.I.R. No.345 dated 29-5-2006 registered under section 489-F, P.P.C. with Police Station, City Hafizabad.
2. Precisely allegation against the petitioner is that he issued cheque for an amount of Rs.9,10,500, which on presentation was dishonoured by the Muslim Commercial Bank Ltd., Hafizabad.
3. I have considered the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
4. The petitioner has issued a cheque for an amount of Rs.9,10,500 in favour of the complainant, which on presentation was dishonoured. He was under an obligation to see that his cheque is honoured and that hehas made sufficient funds with his Bank so that the cheque could be honoured. The petitioner has defrauded the complainant for an amount of Rs.9,10,500 is not entitled to any favour/concession.
