(From the judgment of Punjab Service Tribunal dated 20‑4‑1981 in Appeal No.191/004 of 1980). ‑‑‑ Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art.212(3)‑‑‑Petition 'for leave to appeal against the judgment of Service Tribunal‑‑‑Record showed that Service Tribunal took into consideration all the aspects of the case i.e., legal as well as equitable, and then passed the judgment‑‑‑Civil Servant had not been able to urge any ground which could justify leave to appeal‑‑‑Leave refused.

Muhammad Zul(iqar, Sub‑Engineer, Buildings Department, resident of 47‑Shamnagar, Chauburji, Lahore, has filed this petition for leave to appeal against the judgment of the Punjab Service Tribunal dated 20‑4‑1981. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He has not been able to urge any ground which could justify (cave to appeal. ()n the other hand we find that the Tribunal took into consideration all the aspects of the case i.e. legal as well as equitable and then passed the impugned judgment. No case for leave is made out. A.A./M‑969/S Leave refused.
