Judgment & Decree
S. E. HIGHWAY CIRCLE Case No. 467 of 1974, decided on 13th November 1974.
S. 4‑Appeal‑Right of‑Not exerciseable if departmental represen tation not yet finally decided by competent authority ‑ Delay in deciding departmental representations, held, not good in interest of administration ‑ Long delay disapproved and competent authority asked to dispose of representation within three months. Appellant in person. The grievance of the appellant is that the representation of 2‑7‑74 has not yet been decided by the competent authority. It is not in the interest of good administration that such representations should take such a long time before the competent authority can make up its mind. The competent authority should dispose of the representation of the appellant within three months. The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
