The petitioner through this petition seeks direction to respondent No.1 for registration of the criminal case against respondents Nos.2 and 3 for the allegation of preparation of false agreement to sell on her behalf of a piece of land owned by her in Chishtian, District Bahawalnagar.
2. It is contended by the learned counsel that respondents Nos.2 and 3 on the basis of the forged agreement intend to deprive the petitioner from her valuable land through a suit for specific performance of contract filed by them.
3. I am afraid, it is premature to make any comment on the document in question at this stage. The Court concerned if ultimately comes to the conclusion that the document is forged, proper action as provided under the law can be taken. The document being the subject‑matter of civil suit pending before the Civil Court, the interference in the matter by this Court is not called for.
4. This petition being misconceived and not maintainable stands dismissed in limine. N.H.Q./A‑111/L Petition dismissed.
