CORNELIUS, C. J.-Leave to appeal is granted in this case, as the decision of the Court below on a point of law follows that of a Full Bench of the same High Court published as Taza Gul v. Said Ghulam (P L D 1967 Pesh. 157), against which leave to appeal has been granted by this Court. Security-Rs. 1,000.
