Ejectment of tenant from commercial shop in Karachi

You must file a Rent Eviction Application before the Rent Controller (Civil Judge) under the Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 on the grounds of expiry of tenancy and default in rent payment. You cannot forcefully lock the shop; you must obtain an eviction order from the Rent Controller, which is then executed by the court bailiff.
