(On appeal from the judgment of the Lahore High Court, dated 7‑5‑1980 in Civil Revision No. 728 of 1978). ‑‑‑S. 115‑‑Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art. 185(3)‑‑Revisional jurisdiction, exercise of‑‑Question not agitated either at trial or in appeal‑‑Held: High Court very properly refused to entertain it for first time in revisional jurisdiction‑‑Leave to appeal refused. SAAD SAOOD JAN, J.‑‑The only question raised in this petition for special leave to appeal is whether the respondent was a workman. Admittedly this question was not agitated either at the trial or in appeal before the Additional District Judge. The High Court very properly refused to entertain it for the first time in revisional jurisdiction. This petition is without any merit and is hereby dismissed. M.I. /P‑11/S Petition dismissed.
