MUHAMMAD YAQUB ALI, J.‑Leave to appeal has already been granted in C. P. S. L. A. Nos. 258 of 1967 and 67 of 1968 to consider the identical question of law arising in this case viz. whether the gale of agricultural land permanently settled on allottees under the Land Settlement Act is subject to the incidents of pre‑emption. Leave to appeal is granted. Security‑Rs 1,000. Status quo to continue subject to furnishing security for mesne profits within two months to the satisfaction of the executing Court. Leave granted.
