ABDUL KADIR SHAIKH, J.‑‑This petition involves the same questions of law as are under consideration in Civil Appeal No.17‑Q of 1985 which waits disposal. We therefore, grant leave to appeal and allow the petition. Security Rs.1,

000. The appeal arising out of this petition will be heard alongwith the connected appeal on the present record. It is, however, open to the parties to file additional documents if any. Petitioner shall not be evicted from the demised premises till the appeal is decided provided he continues to deposit rent in Court. M.I./J‑13/S Leave to appeal granted.
