Judgment & Decree

M.R. Khalid Malik for Petitioner. T.H. Jilani, A.A.G. for Respondents. Date of hearing: 16th January, 1988. In view of the inquiry report submitted by the Assistant Commissioner, Mailsi, District Vehari, dated 17‑12‑1987, Fateh Muhammad S.I. S.H.O. Tibba Sultan, who is present in pursuance to the preceding order is directed to register a case against himself as well as Shaukat A.S.I. and Zulfikar Ali A.S.I. Head Moharrar, respondents Nos. 3 and 4 respectively and file copy of the F.I.R. with the Additional Registrar of this Court today by 1‑30 p.m.

2. S.P. Vehari is directed to personally supervise the investigation of this case. A copy of the report should also be sent to the Civil Judge, Mailsi vested with powers of Magistrate Section 30 of the Cr.P.C. for initiating proceedings against the respondents for Contempt of Court; which should be concluded within a fortnight. Compliance should be reported to the Additional Registrar.

3. The learned A.A.G. is directed to pursue the matter. This petition is accordingly disposed of. SA./A‑518/L Petition accepted.
