Civil servant was found entitled to emoluments of higher post for the period he had been holding such post on previous occasion

Civil servant in earlier appeal having been granted such emoluments for the period he had served in higher post, he was deemed to be entitled to the emoluments subsequent to that period in which he had served in higher grade.
