Judgment & Decree
M. W. ABBASI AND I. U. KHAN This is a revision petition against the order of a Member of the Board of Revenue dated 10‑12‑1956, in a Lambardari case. The petitioner's application before the Member no doubt purported to be an appeal but the learned Member held that, as it was not a petition based on a point of law it could not be heard as A an appeal. This was a correct proposition in terms of the amend ment of section 13 (c) of the Land Revenue Act made by, the West Pakistan (Adaptation and Repeal of Laws) Act of 1957. As a con cession to the petitioner, however, he decided to hear his petition as a revision and dismissed it. Under the proviso to section 7 of the West Pakistan Board of Revenue Act no revision shall lie to B the Full Board against an order passed by a Member in exercise of his revisional jurisdiction. The petition, therefore, must fail. Ordered accordingly. M. Z. KHAN.‑I agree. A.H. Petition dismissed.
