Judgment & Decree
S.M. Masood for Petitioners. Ch. Shehbaz Khurshid for Respondent. Date of hearing: 30th July, 2002. All present state that a compromise has been effected between the parties and the terms of the same are contained in compromise agreement which is marked as "A". Learned counsel for the parties state that the terms of the agreement have been read over to the parties who have put their signatures/thumb‑impression in acknowledgement of the correctness of the same and that mark "A" also bears the signatures of the respective learned counsel for the parties. 2. I have gone through the terms of the agreement mark "A". I find the same to be lawful and also that it adjusts the entire suit out of which this civil revision has arisen. 3. The civil revision accordingly is disposed of in terms of the said agreement. Office to prepare the decree sheet and the said compromise shall form a part of the same. The parties to abide by the said agreement. 4. No order as to costs. H.B.T./A‑681/L Order accordingly.
