Sessions Judge, Okara‑‑Counter cases were also pending‑‑Reference was made by Sessions Judge stating that case could not be disposed of in his district due to non‑cooperation of parties‑‑Case were transferred to Sessions Judge, Lahore for disposal. This is a reference from the learned District and Sessions Judge, Okara saying that a case under Section 302/307/34, P.P.C. was registered at Police Station Depalpur vide F.I.R. No.29 on 31‑1‑1972. The trial started before the learned Addl: Sessions Judge No.1 on 12‑11‑1983 and since then the case is lingering on for one reason or the other. He has also mentioned connected cases No.393/71, P.S. Depalpur, No.187/81 P.S. Chuchak and the connected case Sessions Trial No.8/88. He has stated that he felt that the, case cannot be disposed of in his District due to non‑cooperation of the parties.
