Criminal Miscellaneous No. 821/B of 1985, decided on 22nd September, 1985. ‑‑‑S. 497‑‑Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), Ss. 10 & 11‑‑Bail, grant of‑‑Allegation of Zina‑‑Accused (male and female) marrying each other with consent of mother of girl‑‑Complainant, father of girl not agreeing with such marriage‑ F.I.R. lodged after 20 days‑‑Dispute between mother and father of girl‑‑Bail granted in circumstances. This is a petition for bail on behalf of Faqir Muhammad and Ghulam Fatima in a case under section 10/11 Ordinance VII of 1979: Both the petitioners have married apparently with the consent and concurrence of the mother of Ghulam Fatima petitioner but against the wishes of her father. The F.I.R. was recorded after about 20 days. The case appears to be a dispute between Ghulam Muhammad complainant and his wife Mst. Bano on the marriage of these two petitioners. The petitioners are admitted to bail on their furnishing of bail bonds in the sum of Rs.5,000 (Rs. five thousand only) with one surety in the like amount etc. to the satisfaction of A . C . /Duty Magistrate, Chicha Watni. S.A./F‑52/L Bail granted.
