No. 446 of 1967): --S.12‑Directions given by High Court that mother should make available minor at certain intervals to ‑meet father‑Such directions whether vouch safed by provisions of S. 12‑Special Leave to Appeal granted by Supreme Court to consider question. Sh. Ghias Muhammad, Senior Advocate Supreme Court (Ahmad Khan Kazi; Advocate Supreme Court with him) instructed by Masood Akhtar, Attorney for Petitioner. Nemo for Respondent. Date of hearing : 8th October 1968. MUHAMMAD YAQUB ALI, J.‑Leave to appeal is granted to consider whether the directions given by the High Court that the petitioner shall make her minor daughter available to meet the respondent, her father, at certain intervals in the chamber of his counsel are vouched' by the provisions of section 12 of the Guardians and Wards, Act which deals with temporary custody and protection of the person or property of a minor. 000. The impugned directions given by the High‑Court shall remain in abeyance meanwhile. Leave granted.
