Bail-(Bail before arrest) Petition made straightway to High Court because "Police was on the track" and petitioner "could not approach local Courts"-Petition dismissed, with direction to petitioner to approach appropriate local Court. Rona Abdur Rahim Khan for Petitioners. This is an application for bail before arrest. It is stated that the police is on the track of the petitioners and for that reason they could not approach the local Courts, but would like to use this Court as a substitute for the local Courts. If this procedure is permissible in one case, then it is permissible in every case. If this Court allows itself to be so used, it must be prepared to take over the function of considering the applica tions of all persons who think they are about to be arrested and who run away from the police and take refuge here.
2. The petitioners should approach the appropriate local Court. This application is dismissed. A. H. Application dismissed.
