Headnotes / Summary

Misconduct

Dismissal from service

Civil servant was duly allotted house to live in, but she instead of occupying same, continued to remain in unauthorised possession of another house which was above her entitlement-- Authority served a written order on civil servant to vacate the house occupied by her unauthorisedly and to move into the house which already stood allotted to her

Civil servant despite receiving order of Authority, failed to vacate quarter and even abused party which was sent to get house vacated from civil servant

Civil servant who admittedly was in unlawful possession of house and did not vacate same despite various orders/directions given to her by competent Authorities was clearly guilty of misconduct and insubordination-- Civil servant thus was rightly dismissed from service by Authorities on allegation of misconduct and insubordination.
