Sh. Muhammad Nawaz for the State.
Judgment & Decree
The facts of t-he case enumerated in my order, dated 26-11-1984 shall be read as part arid parcel of this order. The A.S.I. who is present with record, has stated that the investigation is complete and the challan is also complete for submission to Court. He has further stated that the arrears of the bill on account of which the electricity connection was disconnected, have peen fund to be paid. It, has also testified the statement of the petitioner that he has left the premises, as such there is no chance of his further illegally using the electricity. In the facts and circumstances of this case, I feel that a case for grant of pre-arrest bail has been made out. The interim pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner vide orders, dated 26-11-1984 is hereby confirmed. He shall, however furnish fresh bail bond in. the sum of Rs.10,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Special Magistrate, WAPDA, Lahore. S. A. Bail granted.
