Revision petition was dismissed by the order of the High Court that impugned order passed by the Trial Court did not need any interference

Judgment & Decree

KHAWAJA NAVEED AHMED, J.

Miss Mehmooda Qasim is present. Shehas filed an application for restoration of revision application, which was dismissed by the order of the Court dated 15-11-2007. The operative part of the order of the Court is under:-- "I have perused the order of the learned Sessions Judge, Karachi (West). I feel that the impugned order does not need any interference from this Court." In the circumstances mentioned above the revision application has been disposed of on merits. Ms. Afsheen Aman, learned State counsel opposes the application and states that the M.A. No.5738/2007 is not maintainable, as the Court has already disposed of revision application on merits. I am in agreement with Ms. Afsheen Aman, State counsel and as such M.A. No.5738/2007 is dismissed as not maintainable. H.B.T./M-97/L Application dismissed.
