Chairman of Arbitration Council-- Appointment of Council Officers, Taxation Officers and Chief Executives of the Councils as Chairman, Arbitration Council by the Government of Sindh-- Constitutional petition expressing apprehension that officers so appointed may not perform their functions as required was disposed of by the High Court with observations. that aggrieved parties were always at liberty to approach the High Court or to take legal proceedings for direction to the concerned appointees to discharge their functions in accordance with law Ziauddin Nazir and Mrs. Afroz Ehsanul Haq for Petitioner. ORI)ER It is informed by learned A.A.-G. and Mr. Sanaullah Qurcshi Advocate that a notification has becn.issucd by the Government of Sindh dated 18-3-1993 appointing Council Officers, Taxation Officers, and Chief Executives of the Councils as Chairman of Arbitration Council under section 2(b) of the Family Law Ordinance, 19.61. Learned counsel for petitioner state that they are satisfied with notification but they express apprehension that the officers may not perform their functions as required. If that is so, the aggrieved parties are always at libcrty to approach this Court or take other legal proceedings for direction to the concerned appointees to discharge their functions in accordance with law.
