Grant of grace marks
Candidate who admittedly had obtained 1 mark less than 50 per cent in written portion of examination was not called for viva voce test by Commission
No candidate was to be summoned for viva voce and psychological tests according to amendment in Rules unless candidate had obtained at least 33 per cent marks in each individual written paper and 50 per cent marks in aggregate of written portion of examination
In absence of any rule which permitted grant of 1 grace mark to candidate, Commission had not acted arbitrarily in not summoning candidate for viva voce.
