Examination of B.Sc. Civil Engineering 3rd Year Professional, 2nd Annual 2001 and paper of Mathematics in which petitioner had to appear only was scheduled for next day and according to grievance of candidate he was informed about his alleged disqualification by the University on the previous day
In order to dispel likely hardship to the candidate, he was allowed to appear in the said examination provisionally and his result would only be declared after and in the light of decision of Syndicate
Candidate could approach Syndicate of University with appropriate application stating and explaining the grievance and if such application was made, same would be considered and decided by Syndicate.
Judgment & Decree
MUHAMMAD JEHANGIR ARSHAD, J.
This writ petition is disposed of in the light of order dated 22-6-2004 passed by the ICA Bench while disposing of a matter of similar nature through ICA No.74/2003 which goes as under: "This ICA is accordingly disposed of with the observation that let the appellant approach the Syndicate of the University with an appropriate application stating and explaining the grievance and if such an application is made, the same shall be considered and decided by the Syndicate."

In the light of the above mentioned observation of the ICA Bench, the petitioner may, if so advised, approach the Syndicate of the University with an appropriate application stating and explaining the grievance and if such an application is made, the same shall be considered and decided by the Syndicate on or before 30-9-2005 positively.
3. Since examination of B.Sc Civil Engineering 3rd Year A Professional 2nd Annual, 2005 and the paper of Mathematics in which the petitioner has to appear only is scheduled for tomorrow and according to the grievance of the petitioner he was informed about his alleged disqualification by the University Authorities on 22-8-2005 through Letter No.203/dated 1-8-2005, hence in order to dispel the likely hardship of the petitioner, he is allowed to appear in the said examination provisionally and his result shall only be declared after and in the light of the decision of the Syndicate.
4. Disposed of. H.B.T./G-147/L?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Order accordingly.
