‑Documents connected with transfer made avail able after decision of mutation appeal by Commissioner‑Case remanded for fresh decision after perusal of such documents. Sayed Ata Ali, for Petitioner. Bashir Ahmad Ansari, for Respondent. SAIDULLAH KHAN, F. C.‑This is an application for revision against the order of the Commissioner, Rawalpindi division, dated the 19th November, 1951, by which he, rejected the appeal preferred by Nut Muhammad. Nur Muhammad with his counsel and Mr. Bashir Ahmad Ansari Advocate for the respondents present and heard. The main contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner in this case was that all the necessary documents connected with the transfer of the landed, property and referred to by the learned Commissioner in his order have since been secured and. action should therefore, be taken in the light of the documents available with him. I accordingly remand this case to the learned Collector Shahpur who after a perusal of the documents available with the petitioner, may then pass fresh orders in this case consistent with law. A. H. Case remanded.
