‑‑‑ Petition, amendment/correction of‑-Petition defective in particulars regarding number of section, case number as well as caste and address of petitioner‑Amendment and corrections allowed. Bashir Ahmad Khan for Petitioners. Kh. Muhammad Asghar‑I for the State. (Cr. Misc. No. 210/M of 1975) Learned counsel states that he would have no objection if the sum of Security in the bail allowed to the petitioner is reduced to Rs. 50,000 fifty thousand only). It is submitted that the co‑accused of the petitioner are rich whereas Muhammad Yousaf petitioner is very poor man, Class IV employee and that, therefore, being unable to procure accordingly reduced. The petitioner Muhammad Yousaf shall be released urn bail subject to his furnishing security in the Burn of Rs. 50,90 (Rupees fifty thousand only) with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Assistant Commissioner, Lahore. This petition stands disposed of. Cr. Misc. No. 211/M of 1975 It is submitted that in respect of Muhammad Yousaf petitioner there were mistakes in the petition filed on his behalf. Theta were that instead of section 46 7, P. P. C., section 468, P. P. C. was written in the petition the caste of the petitioner was described as Sheikh, resident of Chaudhry Park, G. T. Road, Shahdara, Lahore, whereas his caste in fact was Qureshi and he was resident of Dev Samaj Building, Dev Samaj Road, Ramnagar, Lahore. In addition, was also to he mentioned in the petitions that Case No. 706/3, Police Station New Anarkali/Crime Branch, had also begin made. Learned counsel wants that these correction be made in this previous order. Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Order as prayed. This petition stands disposed of. Petition allowed.
