Seeks a direction that respondent SHO, P.S. Gulberg should not cause any harassment or commit illegality qua the petitioner. I
2. After, hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner at length, it is directed that no illegality shall be committed by respondent No. 1 SHO against the petitioner. If there is any application, pending inquiry against the petitioners, she shall be summoned by an order in writing to be duly incorporated in the daily register. A copy of this order shall also be sent to DSP Gulberg who shall see to it that the order is strictly complied with. With these observations, the petition is disposed of. H.B.T./S-167/L Order accordingly.
