No. 194 of 2004 dated 19‑5‑2004 registered under section 11 of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979 at Police Station "B" Division, District Kasur. The F.I.R. has been registered at the instance of the father of the petitioner No .1.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner No.1 has contracted marriage with petitioner No.2 of her own free violation. She was not abducted by anyone nor was she forced or seduced to illicit intercourse. Learned A.A.‑G. states on instructions that the petitioner did not join the investigation nor submitted her Nikahnama before the Investigating Officer. Petitioner No.1 appeared in person and states that she has contracted marriage with petitioner N0.2 of her own free‑will and that she was not abducted by anyone or forced or seduced to illicit intercourse and that the case under section 11 of the aforementioned Ordinance is false. The Nikahnama has been placed on the record.

3. The petitioner No.1 appears to be sui juris and has contracted marriage of her own free volition. In this view of the matter the F.I.R. No.194 of 2004 dated 19‑5‑2004 registered under section 11 of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979 is quashed. S.H.O. present in person in the Court shall ensure the protection of the petitioner No.
