Judgment & Decree
AHMAD KHAN ETC.‑Respondents Revision No. 1095 of 1961‑62, decided on 22nd September 1962. West Pakistan Land Reforms Regulation 1959, para. 4(3) Revision petition unaccompanied by attested copy of order and filed after expiry of limitation‑Petition dismissed as time‑barred. This is a revision filed against an order, dated the 25th of June 1962, passed by the Land Commissioner, Khairpur in the presence of the parties. The petitioner did not obtain an attested copy of the order under revision but has lodged this revision petition on the basis of an unattested copy. This was done on the 27th of July 1962. The revision was, therefore, filed after the period of limitation had expired. Under the instructions issued by Land Commission in their Letter No. A. S. P. 459‑61/5679‑L.C., dated the 19th September 1961, such delays cannot be condoned. The revision is accordingly dismissed as time‑barred. The petitioner should be informed accordingly. S.Q Revision dismissed.
