Judgment & Decree
One Syeed Ahmed is alleged to have opened fire with his revolver at complainant Ahsan Sayeed. Although three fires were shot but he was not injured. It is alleged that the three shots had missed. From the F.I.R. it does not transpire that prima facie the applicant had any intention to kill the complainant. So far as other injuries on the person of the complainant are concerned. according to the 161 statement of the witnesses, they have been caused by absconding co-accused by blunt weapon So far as the applicant is concerned, Mr. A. A. Mohammadally A.A.-G. conceded that the case is one of further inquiry. The incident relates to a dispute alleged to have taken place between two groups of the students. The bail application is allowed. The applicant shall be released on furnishing surety in the amount of Rs.10,000 and P.R. bond in like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court that is Assistant Sessions Judge, Karachi. SA./S-442/K Bail allowed.
