Judgment & Decree
The petitioners are accused of the commission of offence under section 354 read with section 452 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
2. It is stated that the petitioners trespassed into the house of the complainant and outraged the modesty of his daughter. The learned A.A.G. vehemently opposes this bail application and contends that this is not a fit case for the grant of bail because the grant of bail would further encourage the petitioners to commit crime. Be that as it may, I do not want to further comment upon the merits of the case, lest it may prejudice either side during the trial. The petitioners are behind the bars for the last three months. In this view of the matter, I direct that the petitioners shall be released on bail provided each of them furnishes security in the sum of Rs.25,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C/Duty Magistrate, Lahore. S.A./S‑558/L Bail allowed.
