Date of hearing : 23rd October 1968. MUHAMMAD YAQUB ALI, J.‑Following the Full Bench decision of their Court in Sher Muhammad v. Additional Rehabili tation Commissioner, etc. (P L D 1968 Lah. 234) a Division Bench has held that the respondent became full owner of the agricultural land allotted to her under the West Pakistan Rehabilitation Scheme in lieu of the life estate held by her in India and that the collaterals of the last male‑owner had no control on her power of disposition. It is contended that the Full Bench decision is inconsistent with the Rehabilitation Act and the West Pakistan Rehabilitation Scheme. To consider identical question of law leave to appeal has already been granted in Civil Petitions for Special Leave to Appeals Nos. 189, 320 and 380 of 1968. Leave to appeal is granted. Security‑Rs. 1,
000. To be heard along with appeals arising in the aforementioned petitions. Leave granted.
