‑‑‑‑S. 164‑‑‑Revision‑‑‑Maintainability‑‑‑Public man had filed 10 revision petitions against order passed by Additional Commissioner whereby appeals of respondents were accepted‑ ‑‑Earlier to such revisions, 10 revisions also were filed by Assistant Commissioner against same order and against same respondents which were duly heard by Member (Colonies), Board of Revenue and were disposed of with observations that Commissioner would review order of Additional Commissioner challenged in revision petitions‑‑‑Commissioner was also directed to take decision as per rules on subject after hearing the parties‑‑‑Patties, in circumstances, were directed to join proceedings before Commissioner.
Judgment & Decree
The abovecaptioned 10 revision petitions have been filed by a public man under section 164 of the Land Revenue Act, 1967, against the order dated 9‑4‑1996 passed by the Additional Commissioner (Revenue), Faisalabad whereby the appeals of the present respondents were accepted.
2. Earlier, 10 revision petitions filed by the Assistant Commissioner, Toba Tek Singh the same order dated 9‑4‑1996, passed by the Additional Commissioner (Revenue) Faisalabad, and against the same respondents had been duly heard by Mr. Muhammad Anis Sadiq, Member (Colonies), Board of Revenue, Punjab and decided upon vide his order dated 9‑7‑1997, with the following observations:‑ "Keeping in view all aspects of the case the present revision petitions are disposed of with the observations that the Commissioner, Faisalabad Division. Faisalabad is allowed to review the orders impugned before this Court. He would take decision as per rules on the subject after hearing the parties. He would also take due criminal action in case documents are found forged as alleged by the Assistant Commissioner."
3. In view of the above, the parties are directed to join the proceedings before the Commissioner, Faisalabad Division. H.B.T./90/R Order accordingly
