Civil servant's temporary promotion and posting out of the department
Ex-cadre post provided to civil servant did not itself clothe civil servant with a right of promotion in higher pay scale in his parent office although he could claim his seniority and promotion in that office because of his lien kept intact against his post
Civil servant, however, under no circumstances, could claim promotion on the basis of his temporary posting and appointment out of the department in higher pay scale
Civil servant's promotion having been ordered out of the department against an ex-cadre post and his reversion on the ground that his services were no longer required by the department to which he was posted, he could not claim promotion on that the dept pre-requisite condition for the reversion of evil basis
Issue of notice was not pre-requiste condition for the reversion of civil servant because of his temporary appointment civil servant's with reversion to original post in his department was valid and in accordance with provisions of law.
