Termination of service on telephonic order of Authority

Such termination was in clear violation of petitioner's conditions of appointment, and in an arbitrary manner

Valuable right having accrued to petitioner after joining service, same could not be taken away without applying principle of audi alteram partem

Petitioner's case was at par with other cases whose termination orders in similar circumstances had been set aside

Termination order of petitioner was set aside and he was reinstated in service with back benefits.
