Petitioner had no vested right to demand his posting at a particular place as under S) of the Act every Civil Servant was liable to serve anywhere within or outside the Province in any posting under Government, provided his services or cadre and his terms and conditions of service as to his pay were not less favourable than those to which he would have been entitled if he bad not been so required to serve.
