Riazul Hassan for Petitioner. Nasim Farooqui and Khalilur Rehman for Respondents. Date of hearing: 7th October, 1985. TANZIL‑UR‑REHMAN, J.‑‑Heard the learned counsel for the parties. By consent the petition is disposed of in the following terms: Without prejudice to the respective contentions of the parties, respondent No.l will reconsider the matter in the light of the letters, dated 9‑2‑1978 and 15‑5‑1978 written by the Society (respondent No.2) A to respondent No.1, after issuing the notice to all the concerned Darties including the petitioner 2.The status quo with regard to the Mosque, shall be maintained till the decision by respondent No.l is arrived at, as aforesaid.
3. It is expected that respondent No.l will take final decision in the matter within four months.
4. There will be no order as to costs. H . B . T . Order accordingly.
