Employee, an attendant at employer hospital, had filed Constitutional petition praying that employer be directed to comply with the orders of Secretary of Health, Government of Punjab whereby a direction had been made for posting of employee as Darogha--Employee failed to point out any law or rule under which appeal was filed by him before Secretary Health-- Comments submitted by employer showed that, employee's emoluments and other terms and conditions of his service, had not been affected by posting him as attendant
High Court, in circumstances, declined to interfere in case in exercise of Constitutional jurisdiction.
