- Mr. Rehman says that the prayer in the petition is very general one and basically is confined to supplying of approved building plan by the Karachi Building Control Authority to the citizens of the country as well other bodies and the NGO's. Mr. Dilawar Hussain, Advocate for the KBCA and Mr. Manzoor Ahmed, Advocate for the CDGK say that they do not challenge the petition if such prayer is granted and the petition be disposed of in terms thereof subject to .payment of official fees etc.

Prayer in constitutional petition was general in nature basically confining to supplying of approved building plan by the Building Control Authority to the citizens as well as other bodies
Constitutional petition was disposed of by the High Court with the direction to the. authorities to provide copies of the approved building plans etc. to any citizen of the country as well as N.G.Os. regarding the buildings which were being constructed within their jurisdiction upon payment of requisite fees.
Judgment & Decree
Mr. Rehman says that the prayer in the petition is very general one and basically is confined to supplying of approved building plan by the Karachi Building Control Authority to the citizens of the country as well other bodies and the NGO's. Mr. Dilawar Hussain, Advocate for the KBCA and Mr. Manzoor Ahmed, Advocate for the CDGK say that they do not challenge the petition if such prayer is granted and the petition be disposed of in terms thereof subject to .payment of official fees etc. We have heard the learned counsel. By consent this petition is disposed of with the direction that KBCA and CDGK shall provide copies of the approved building plans etc. to any citizens of the country as well as NGO's regarding the buildings which are being constructed within their jurisdiction upon payment of requisite fees. H.B.T./S.43/K Order accordingly.
