Of two contestants of such vacancy petitioner had specialized in the field of Nutritional Biochemistry while respondent had specialized in Biochemistry, which was the subject in respect of which said vacancy was to be filled in
Respondent Authorities before taking any decision in matter referred case to Pakistan Medical and Dental Council which gave its opinion that respondent being best qualified in the subject in respect of which vacancy was to be filled in, should be promoted to said post
Nothing on record to indicate that petitioner had been discriminated against in any manner or that action of respondents was motivated by desire to give advantage to respondent civil servant over petitioner
Respondent's having not acted in an unfair manner, petitioner had no grievance against them. Petitioner in person.
